    Allen helped me purchase my first home and my wife and I couldn't be happier. We were a little anxious at first since our apartment lease was coming up for expiration and we weren't sure if we would have enough time to find the right place but Allen was able to quickly survey the areas to find plenty of options for us. Not only that, he was able to accommodate our busy work schedules for property tours. Purchasing a house for the first time can be daunting but he guided through the process (offers, negotiations, etc.) with ease. He also went above and beyond by offering ideas on for value add projects on the house which we just recently completed and are super happy with the results. All in all, we are extremely pleased with the outcome. We got our first home at a price under asking that checked all the boxes for us.
